Cindy Sherman Untitled #479

This is Cindy Sherman's piece Untitled #479, made in 1975. It is a series of 23 black and white self-portraits, each picture being slightly different. This is one of Sherman's first artworks. I choose this piece because it was much different than her other artworks. In Sherman's  pieces you only were seeing the final product, whereas in this piece you could see the transition from beginning to end. I also liked that the first and last pictures almost seem like two different people.
