Edwardo Paolozzi was a Scottish artist who had a major influence in the pop art movement. He created sculptures, collages and prints made from miscellaneous items; magazine clippings, bottles, and various found items. This particular collage is named "Sack-o-sauce", it was created in 1948. It is part of a series named "Bunk". Paolozzi was inspired by pop culture and other influences in society. His collages really capture the eye with the varying colors and shapes that he incorporates. I chose this piece of art by Paolozzi because it has a lot of random pieces to it but when put all together, it creates a story. I felt like this artwork really embodied Paolozzis style of using various pieces to create his work.
